Nothing better than a smoothie on a hot day…

I plan on having these a lot over the next few weeks as I have a huge bag of frozen blueberries

Mix frozen blueberries, strawberries and a frozen banana with avocado, water, almond milk and some yogurt. If you have bananas going ripe take the peel off and freeze them.

Very refreshing and filling.
