Greek Pasta Salad

1/2 box of gemelli pasta

1 bunch of asparagus- trimmed and sliced on a diagonal a about an inch long

1 small jar of sun dried tomatoes- sliced

1/2 cup of good quality crumbled feta

Lite Gazebo room dressing or any Greek salad dressing- I don’t measure I just keep adding until I get to the amount I desire

Cook pasta according to box and let cool. Add asparagus to boiling water. Cook one minute then move to a bowl of ice water. Drain and add to a bowl. Then add sun dried tomatoes, feta and cooled pasta. Add desired amount of dressing.
