I got this recipe from Ina Garten and made a few changes to make them even tastier.
Remove strings from peas.
Boil water and once to a rapid boil add salt. Blanch the peas for 30 seconds then put in ice bath. Remove peas and place in bowl.
Add a few dashes of sesame oil to lightly cover peas then add black sesame seeds and a small dash of salt.
Use a a side or keep in frig as a snack.
Enjoy!

The Margarita Cauliflower Crust Pizza from Aldi is by far my favorite grocery store one and is the cheapest.

I make this dip for parties and use more hummus and Greek yogurt but I was just making it for the family so I made a much smaller batch.
Place hummus in the bottom of a container with a lid then add Greek yogurt mixed with a little dill. Add chopped tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, cucumber and sprinkle with feta.
Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!

Mix frozen blueberries, strawberries and a frozen banana with avocado, water, almond milk and some yogurt. If you have bananas going ripe take the peel off and freeze them.
