Almond Butter
14 oz bag of unsalted almonds 1 teaspoon kosher salt 2 tablespoons of avocado oil Pour almonds into a food processor and add salt. Purée while adding oil through the lid. It may seem a little runny but it will thicken in the refrigerator.
Wax Beans with Sliced Potatoes and Bacon

4 inch piece of ginger peeled and sliced thinly 3/4 cup honey 2 cups boiling water Juice of 4-6 lemons Ice and water Boil 2 cups of water with sliced ginger and honey.
